Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment is evidence-based and proven to be essential for children with Autism (ASD). Though it can benefit all children and youth, it is most helpful if implemented early. If you believe your child may require ABA treatment, the first step is to have a qualified provider meet with you for a diagnostic evaluation. Our objective is to help children who may need to be evaluated for ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) by quickly connecting you with a qualified provider. If your child is diagnosed with Autism, we want to help you access life-changing treatment outcomes as quickly as possible. 

It is important to us to direct this funding to families in these specific rural counties (Kalkaska, Otsego, Antrim, Charlevoix, Emmett and Cheboygan).

A comprehensive virtual AT4K Diagnostic Autism Evaluation includes the following: 

• An intake assessment with the parent or guardian, including structured questionnaires and developmental history
• Review of parent-uploaded video of your child
• The evaluation itself, administered by a licensed psychologist using tools appropriate to your child’s age and communication style
• A customized, comprehensive diagnostic report with diagnostic codes, findings, and recommendations
• A results meeting where the psychologist explains the outcome and answers your questions 

This funding will be provided on your behalf to the provider who directly evaluates your child.
